BOOKINGS

To ensure you can secure your preferred date and time we recommend booking your appointments in advance. We also issue a confirmation email at the time of booking and a reminder text/email 24 hours prior to your appointment,

 

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice may result in the imposition of a deposit requirement for future appointments. This deposit will be credited towards your scheduled service upon completion, but it will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

We value your time as well as the time of our staff members, and adherence to this policy enables us to maintain a high standard of service for all our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

ARRIVAL

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your appointment your treatment time may be shortened, so we ask that you always arrive a few minutes before your appointment to avoid disappointment and so you can enjoy your full treatment.

 

PROMOTIONS

There is no additional discounts that will be added to any promotional treatments and two promotions cannot be used in conjunction with each other.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Any gift vouchers purchased cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be cancelled. Any lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. Vouchers must be present in store to be redeemed, if the voucher is not presented then full payment for the service will be required on the day. Gift vouchers cannot be used on injectable treatments,

 

REFUNDS

We do not provide refunds on gift vouchers purchased or any retail products purchased in store or online.

Products can be exchanged for another product of the same value only if a reaction has occurred and it is returned within 14 days of purchase. You must also supply a receipt of purchase at the time of exchange.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We endeavor to have all items and vouchers purchased online processed within 3 business days of purchase. If you need something more urgently, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.
