EMS uses non-invasive technology to induce powerful muscle contractions that aren’t possible with exercise alone. One session is equivalent to doing 30,000 sit ups in half an hour. During the treatment, your therapist will place a rubber paddle on the target area, providing the EMS treatment to the muscles in that area. During the treatment, the body builds muscle, but the involuntary muscle contractions release fatty acids resulting in fat loss. While having this treatment may result in some skin tightening, it is not a tightening treatment.

Tangible results can be felt right after your treatment, similar to an intense workout on the targeted area. For optimal results, we recommend a minimum of 4 treatments booked 2-3 days apart.  Results are more visible 2-4 weeks post treatment and continue to improve after treatment.

The number of sessions you will need is dependent on your desired results and where you start. One series (4 sessions) will generally increase muscle up to 16% and reduce fat by 19% in the targeted area.

Laser Lipo is an FDA approved, minimally invasive procedure that uses heat from lasers at various wavelengths to melt body fat and shrink fat cells.

Your therapist will place pads equipped with laser directly onto the skin, allowing low levels of laser energy to penetrate the fat cells, causing the fat cells to release their stored fatty acids into the body and then shrink, resulting in lost inches.  The body then flushes out the expelled fat-cell contents via the lymphatic system.
